Trinity Land Specialists offers residential and commercial excavating and grading services tailored to meet your needs such as underground utilities and water lines, building pads, drainage solutions, driveways, and pool excavation.
Landscaping
We specialize in residential and commercial sod installation. Our team preps the ground to remove all debris and create a soft soil to allow the roots to take and grass growing in no time. We partner with the best local sod farms and offer common Bermuda, Zoysia, and Fescue Sod.
Land Clearing
Our land clearing services are designed to meet your needs and goals for the property. We offer brush cutting, mulching, and lot clearing. Brush cutting and mulching are best used in overgrown pastures and small wooded areas that are too much for a bush hog to handle and want to make usable pasture land, fire breaks, and trails. These methods are best suited for sites you do not plan on building on. If you are planning on building on the property, lot clearing is the best method of clearing where we remove all trees, stumps, and brush to give you a clean slate to begin construction.

Trinity Land Specialists offers single axle dump truck loads of most all dirt, rock, slag, and mulch products. Why a single axle truck? There are several benefits to a single axle truck over the larger tri-axles.
